personal message glazed onto the opposite side.

- If you have used the search facility and found more than one family crest for the surname, tell us your preference by typing the country's name in brackets in the text box.
- If you want a personal message on one side, type this in the second text box. If you leave this blank we will glaze the coat of arms onto both sides of the tankard.
- Click on the 'Order' button. This will take you to our shopping cart where you tell us your name and address, then onto our bank's websie where you arrange payment.
