Privacy -
We will not pass your personal details to anyone. If you order at the website we do not get to see your debit/credfit card details. If you order by ‘phone your card details are shredded as soon as we have taken payment. Our shopping cart does hold details of your name and address for 8 mweeks after which it automatically erases the records.
Delivery -
Prints are posted either the same day we receive your order, or on the next working day. Bone china items are decorated to order which takes time. These are normally sent on the third day after we receive your order, but occasionally a mug or tankard will not fire correctly, in which case we make another which takes time. Should this happen we will let you know. Shields are not painted by us. We employ a company of specialist artists and give them the design. The time taken depends on their workload but on average you should receive your shiueld in 5-6 weeks.
Refunds -
If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund. This does not apply to digital images which can’t be returned!
